1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZAD Tech Solutions website and related online services (collectively, the "Site"), operated by ZAD Tech Solutions ("ZAD Tech Solutions," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About ZAD Tech Solutions and the Site
ZAD Tech Solutions provides technology services including software development, digital products, design, cloud/DevOps, marketing solutions, project management, and business analytics, as described on the Site.
The Site is for information and lead generation. Submitting a contact or consultation form does not create a binding contract until both parties sign a separate agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract).

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with the Site's operation (including introducing malware or excessive automated traffic)
- Scrape, copy, or republish Site content without our written permission, except as allowed by law
- Submit false, misleading, or spam inquiries through our forms
5. Intellectual Property

Client work, deliverables, and IP ownership for paid projects are governed by separate project agreements, not these Terms.
6. Form Submissions and Communications
When you submit a contact or consultation request, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You grant us permission to use that information to respond to you and evaluate a potential engagement. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, social networks). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site is general in nature and not professional advice unless agreed in a signed engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAD Tech Solutions and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.
Our total liability for claims related to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for services in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), if you have not paid us for services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZAD Tech Solutions from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time for maintenance, security, or violation of these Terms, without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZAD Tech Solutions regarding use of the Site.
